Hi, I'm a local Body Control Pilates Teacher and BackCare Professional.

Pilates classes are back at St Peter/St Clements Church Hall, Barry Road, SE22.

Suitable for anyone who wants to move, stretch, strengthen and improve mental health and posture.

Seven week Block: 7th September - 26th October (excluding 5th October)

Wednesdays 7.15pm - 8.15pm Mixed Level

Seven week Course costs £84.

Drop-ins £14 per session.
