Leon (ELECTRICAL INITIATIVE LTD) came highly recommended. He is quick to respond and easy to communicate with allowing us to arrange an appointment with ease. Another recommendation for Leon. He was able to come out to our electrical elergency within 24 hours of me contacting him. His communication was great and whilst he could not solve our problem, he was able to perform tests to identify this and did so quickly and efficiently. He charging  is very fair and his manner very pleasant. Both of these in contrast to some experiences I have had elsewhere.

Leon came out at short notice to fit a bathroom light and re-do an EICR for us. Reasonable price, turned up when he said he would, and very responsive over text. We’d definitely use again, and have recommended him to our neighbours.
