Very comfy, hand-made luxury sofa, originally from Sofa Workshop. Very large, with left-hand chaise. Very good condition with no marks, stains or scuffs. 'Casual Graphite' fabric (i.e. grey). Light brown wooden feet. Cushions included (2 large, 2 small). Originally bought for £1,400.

Dimensions: H 83cm x W 312cm x D 168cm

Collection only - will likely need large vehicle to transport.

    • I looked at the tree that they did cut down and there was some very minor fungal infection but tree wouldn't have been at risk for many years. Fugal infections are part of the natural life cycle of trees. Cutting trees down unnecessarily or prematurely isn’t a good use of council money or good for bio diversity in general. The risk of injury in parks is incredibly low - even the HSA accept this. These trees are not near buildings or parked cars - the paranoia about them is unwarranted. 
    • It's because large vehicles can not now enter there without damaging the new bunds.
    • as the new tree is so close to the felled tree your conclusion does not seem likely. but i would like to know what is the logic behind moving the vehicle entry point from the sensible forest hill rd location to the proposed one up by the girls school cutting through and damaging the park at great expense.
