Front garden concrete wall repair

Any recommendations for anyone who might have the skill to fix/replace a section of concrete wall which is damaged? It is currently supporting a scaffold post but we’re keen to get it sorted quickly as worried it might break away and injure someone or their pet passing by.

Any pointers greatly recommended!
