Someone to service a Quooker hot water tap

Does anyone know anyone locally who they’d recommend to service (I imagine mostly descaling ) a Quooker hot water tap?I think they’re supposed to be done annually and ours certainly hasn’t been. It’s still working at the moment.

I did go onto the official site and send an enquiry through their online form, but didn’t get a response (several weeks have passed so not just me being impatient).

Any suggestions welcomed!
