WANTED - 2 bed in East Dulwich and surrounding area!

Hi there,

My partner Thom and I are looking for a 2bed from September or early October (if the place is right, we could make August work). Preferably with garden, patio or balcony. Happy with partly or non furnished properties. :)

Our current landlord is selling the property we have lived in for the past 5 years and we would really love to stay in SE London, which we've come to love.

We have no pets or children, do not smoke and like to look after the place we live in (landlord references available). We both work full time in the arts and fashion, are quiet and tidy tenants.
