Nunhead Lane / Linden Grove - armed police!

Does anyone know what's happening on Nunhead Lane / Linden Grove, the road is closed and there are plain clothed police with machine guns!!??

They pulled a couple out of a car opposite my flat, they wedged the car in with unmarked police cars and all had their guns drawn. It was quite a shock! the guy was taken away but the girl wasn't.
