Which Tech are phoning at 1.30 today. I expect they would do this, if not I will suggest it, but I'd rather let someone who knows what they are doing deal with it at this point! I really appreciate everyone's advice on here, so pleased don't think I'm being ungrateful! -

I see lots of them in DP but not elsewhere, where crows rule the roost. -
I've used Leon a couple of times already for a couple of minor issues (and about to call him for a third!) and he's been super reliable and reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
