Hellopash
Hi everyone, I moved to the ED area last year and taught locally for a number of months. While I've moved away from full time teaching, my love for education is still very much alive and as such, I'm hoping to start tutoring in my spare time. I have experience in both mainstream and special education settings (ASD), focusing primerily on early years. Much of my early career involved working in dedicated ASD Units with children who were pre-verbal, focusing on life skills, communication and socialisation. In this time, I worked as part of multi-diciplinary teams of speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, behavioral psychologists etc... to support and implement interventions. Afterwards, I moved back into mainstream class teaching. Apologies if this is not the correct space to post (mods/admin - please feel free to correct or remove) - If this is of of interest to anyone or anybody has any advice on how best to proceed with this, please feel free to get in touch.
