I have 15 m? of gorgeous engineered cherry flooring. Real wood top layer (not laminate). 4 unopened packs of 3.9 sq. m. plus remains of an opened pack (as seen in the photos). If you are renovating this should be good for a medium-sized room etc.

I bought this from another member a couple of weeks ago for ?100, looking for the same. I'm only re-selling these as we have since realised we need twice as many for the job we had in mind (2 rooms rather than 1 now). I'm gutted as it really is beautiful flooring. These are a bargain (which is why I bought them!). ?100 is approximately what you would normally pay for a couple of square meters.) Really beautiful grain on these planks. Planks are 148mm wide, mixed lengths of 400-1200mm. Easy to lay, highly durable, and low maintenance.

  Surely it has to be "the knocking shop" (1860s slang) as it is the oldest profession around 😅 It always surprised me that one used to operate on Bawdale Road, just around the corner from the old police station (so I've been told 🤭)

  I don't think the baths have been "in continuous operation"? They were closed for renovation. I can't remember exactly when, but I remember some "discussion" on here because the pool could/should have been made longer and/or deeper, and wasn't. Itv certainly has a relatively shallow deep end, and it's a pity that people can't dive
