Sunday 10th July 2022, 14.00 - 16.30

'Oruspace' on Lordship Lane (in person)

To book go to www.yogawihttiffy.com

Our everyday movements and bodily functions depend on our pelvic health. If you are experiencing any of these pelvic condition or are just plain curious about what is going on ?down there?, then this workshop is for you:

Pelvic pain ? lower back pain ? painful sex ? leakage when laughing or sneezing ? going to the loo too often ? prolapsed organs ? pre and post pregnancy.

We will locate, assess, soften, stretch, strengthen and exercise the muscles of the pelvic floor. We will explore the effect posture and breathing patterns have on our pelvic health, and learn simple experiential movements to awaken our understanding of this often ignored area. Handouts will be provided. Bring your friends, sisters, mothers and daughters!

All welcome, no previous yoga experience required.

    • Sorry Jazzer, not a Q for me but I would plant lots and lots of trees and turn it into green space - no dogs - just nature, as much as possible on an A road 🙂
    • Can you share your ideas for the site, please? So the residents can have an idea of what your ideas/plans consist of.
    • I would turn it into a green space. Having Dulwich Park nearby is not an excuse. Why should residents of Dulwich Village, having Dulwich Junction closed and refurbished multiple times (no end to this btw cause the Southwark council apparently has millions to waste) have it and people on Lordship Lane and A25 (South Circular) ? People living in the area have to put up with very high level of: air pollution noise anti social behaviour. How about transferring the skate park from the Grove Tavern parking  to Dulwich Village?
