Big recommendation for Brodie Marriott

She is a fully qualified chiropractor and has been working with animals for 3 years.

My story is that I rescued an adult/senior dog a few months ago and he was discovered to have pain in his back and rear legs. His vet put him on pain medication but a friend recommended Brodie. He has been having weekly sessions and I am seeing real improvements. Because he has been trying to protect his back he has tightened all the muscles from his neck downwards. Brodie has loosened him up and the difference is remarkable.

If your dog is having movement issues which you're putting down to "old age" and think nothing can be done then consider calling Brodie. Dogs respond really well and it could be a new lease of life for your pet.

I have been very moved seeing them work together. The sessions are uncomfortable for him but he puts his trust in her and allows her to touch him in his painful places. I think he knows she is trying to heal him. Aren't dogs wonderful!

Brodie's number is 07599 648486. Text her and she will call you. She comes to your house.

    • Property has been for a long time a good way to invest.  When interest rates are low, even more so, as returns can be better than banks and the financial markets, and money is cheap to borrow. Some people are fortunate to come from money.  Some are successful at work.  Many of us inherit from parents or other relatives. Governments do take action from time to time.  Mortgage tax relief, tax relief on landlords, inheritance tax and gifting (waiting Starmer) and stamp duty.  The UK has also been historically a good place for overseas investors, including laundering dirty money. Over our lifetime most of us have seen is the widening gap between property owners and those unlikely to get on the housing ladder.  Owning multiple properties has made this more stark. Family stayed in private accommodation in big university cities where we did when we were students.  Except the four bedroom houses are now seven. You could argue that increasing multi tenant properties could help the housing shortage, even if this does benefit a few already well off landlords. Of course it could all collapse again.  But unless Trump trashes global economies would always pick up. Personal interest? I once put an offer on a one bed flat with the thought of adding an upstairs bedroom, modest and a skylight which was permitted development in those days and not a major project.  But ironically the current owners decided to stay and do this.   That was a long time ago.
    • My son doesn't have an EHCP.  He does sometime get detentions, but I think that's fair enough if he's disrupting the class and ignoring the warning system. I think the teachers are probably more lenient with him though due to the ADHD otherwise I think he'd get more than he does currently.    I find that liaising with individual teachers  has helped. To a person they have been incredibly kind, understanding and supportive.  He is happy and doing well and I don't feel I can ask for more than that.
    • I imagine the double application is administrative around the fact that some subjects are made available across the two sites.  I don’t believe you can take both applications forward beyond offers.
    • My son wants to set himself up with a little business repairing bikes in bad condition.  Does anyone have one they would sell to him? Bikes in the for sale section are typically in too good condition.
