The blurb ...

This mid-century property makes for a perfect family home within a stone's throw from Dulwich Prep and a short stroll from a selection of shops, restaurants and bars.

Available unfurnished, residents benefit from 138 square metres of floor space with superb living spaces and sunny aspect garden. Features include ample built-in wardrobes, cast iron radiators, underfloor heating, and bifold doors leading into a secluded patio overlooked by mature trees.

Open-plan living offered by the extended kitchen is complemented by generous storage capacity in the garage and convenient off-street parking all situated in a quiet cul-de-sac set back from the busy main road.

With regular bus services into central London only moments away and excellent train services to the City from Gipsy Hill, Sydenham Hill and West Dulwich stations, this contemporary property has a lot to offer to both commuters and remote workers alike.

PM me for more details if interested :)

Thanks,

Lena

Global issues all play their own parts (as they do with other countries) but the UK govt had  been especially abject for years. Improvements could not be made with them in power. That's not to say everything is all roses when they go To claim parties shouldn't try and sell themselves in an election is absurd - but if labour did overpromise or dig into specifics (which they partly couldn't because they didn't have their hands on the books) then we live in a country where a population and media is happy to punch on them and relect the shabby last govt I mean if any argument I made was supported by some posters I would rethink it but thats just me
