Know of an affordable studio within walking distance of the Belham available from October/ November?

Hi there, this is a message from Joel and Elsa on Avondale Rise.

Our Ukrainian guests (a mum and 4 year old) moved in with us on the 4th of May. They are lovely and both speak fluent English.

We are thinking about the future and wanting to make sure they can afford to live locally, particularly as Rico has a place at the Belham primary school come September and would benefit from not being uprooted yet again.

They are used to living in a small space and are not fussy.

If you know anyone with a studio / one bed / basement flat with cooking facilities they would be willing to rent out at a lowish price, this would give Nadiia more time to build up towards paying a bigger rent.

We are happy to talk through with anyone. Nadiia is very bright and has good job opportunities going forward but has been holding back somewhat to give her a chance to secure childcare for Rico and settle him in after months spent on the move after fleeing Ukraine.
