Any office chair Repair recommendations?

I have an office chair which I think needs the gas cylinder piston replacing (it no longer goes up and down) as it once did.

I was hoping someone may either have the knowledge to do this and for which I'd be more than happy to pay or if someone out there in the EDF world has a recommendation of someone or a firm who can do this.
