I've switched to early morning running at the moment as find its too hot later on, so won't be there tonight (did a lovely 5km in the early sunshine this morning)

Becky and I need to do more than 2 laps too. Although I may run to the Rye, twice round and run home......rather than 3 laps. I struggle psychologically doing laps!!!!! :(
