"...I highly recommend Patrice of Urban Fit and Fearless. I have completed various forms of Martial arts for over 5 years now and Patrice is without question the most organised and professional person I have ever trained with..." Paul (read full review)

All the techniques come from the highly praised Urban Krav Maga self defence system and have been tested in real-life situations. They've been designed and refined with the direct input from people who had first-hand experience (namely security professionals, law enforcement and military personnel), and with evidence gathered from an extensive study of CCTV/phone recordings of real situations.

    • Sorry Jazzer, not a Q for me but I would plant lots and lots of trees and turn it into green space - no dogs - just nature, as much as possible on an A road 🙂
    • Can you share your ideas for the site, please? So the residents can have an idea of what your ideas/plans consist of.
    • I would turn it into a green space. Having Dulwich Park nearby is not an excuse. Why should residents of Dulwich Village, having Dulwich Junction closed and refurbished multiple times (no end to this btw cause the Southwark council apparently has millions to waste) have it and people on Lordship Lane and A25 (South Circular) ? People living in the area have to put up with very high level of: air pollution noise anti social behaviour. How about transferring the skate park from the Grove Tavern parking  to Dulwich Village?
