Enjoy seamless serenity - with a soft canvas and quiet mechanisms, the Gtech MYO Touch moves effortlessly to provide you with a tailored massage. Choose from full length or focused, high pressure or low intensity and enhance your everyday. Easy to build, use and disassemble, the MYO Touch lets you relax on your terms, right from the comfort of your own home.

The MYO Touch is straightforward to set up - simply fit the 3 piece track together, slot the foam roller into place and line the lightweight bed on top.

This automated massager is mains powered, with a long cable that lets you set the bed up in your very own oasis. The bed is designed to cut-out after 15 minutes, meaning you don't need to worry about unplugging it if you start to drift off to sleep.

The 15 minute cut-out feature is just one of the safety measures we've taken with this product. If you suffer from any existing medical conditions, use any medical devices such as a pacemaker or are on medication, please consult your GP before using the MYO Touch.

    • They're using both Spikevax (Moderna) and Pfizer ones this time, but say individuals don't have any choice (though I don't think that necessarily precludes their choosing to override specified practice if you give them good reason).  When I was looking around for the basic information -- https://www.nhs.uk/vaccinations/covid-19-vaccine/  easily found  via https://nhs.uk --  I didn't get round to finding who they'll give which to.  It will be there somewhere.  Look maybe for something on the technical side for practitioners and administrators, like the Green Book. ETA: More info here about the JCVI  vaccine recommendations, though even there I can't see anything definite re the over-18s.  https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-autumn-2024-vaccination-programme-jcvi-advice-8-april-2024/jcvi-statement-on-the-covid-19-vaccination-programme-for-autumn-2024-8-april-2024 .A rash guess would be that the Moderna one would be chosen, as easier to manage, and possibly cheaper.  But I see that there too you get pointed to the Green Book. ETA PS:  I see that in November 23 I was given the Pfizer one, at a pharmacy, so no more guesses from me.
    • This beautiful cat is currently looking very lost in the Costcutter on Nunhead lane SE15 3TU. It has a qr code on its collar but the link isn’t working, it has states that the cat is a roamer and to report if found. I’ve posted in all the forums and tried calling the vets to see if they will scan it but not possible until tomorrow morning and I can’t find any scan angels that are working.  He/she looks very lost and sad 😔
