Some years ago I attended a workshop on Malnutrition and Older People, and obtained very interesting information about diet, nutrition and best way to encourage people with Alzheimer's to have a nutritional diet. Hopefully, the speakers will discuss this and any information as to how technology can assist with caring for a person with Alzheimer's.
