boiler expert please!

my landlady wants to change the position of the boiler that at the moment is very noisy and it is positioned on the wall of the utility room that is attached to the bedroom. Would any plumber do this job and come and give us a quotation for both changing position or installing a new boiler that will be less noisy?

We are in SE5 off Champion Hill
