Chinook presence lately

There was a chinook flying around over Green Dale way yesterday. Twas rather annoying and I just heard another.

Is there something we should know? I know they seem to fly in and out of Woolwich but this was something different.

Yes, I looked up immediately I heard the very distinctive sound of the Chinook. Must be an instinctive reaction to watching too many Vietnam era newsreels and movies!

Perhaps they transported the bomb(s) by air rather risking via roads to place of detonation.
