The day starts with ancient tm meditation & yoga on the beach, followed by a healthy Mediterranean breakfast. The day is then yours to explore local beaches, walks or some of the extra activities we offer . Your retreat is fully insured, but you might like to arrange your own insurance which we can arrange for you .
