Hi, come and join me, Elizabeth Knott, for a Hatha Yoga workshop at Oru 20-22 Lordship Lane SE22 8HN.

On Saturday 21st May 2-4pm with a theme of 'Welcoming in the Summer'.

All levels welcome, though it's best that absolute beginners have attended a few classes in any yoga style before they come along.

The session will include physical yoga asana poses, breath work pranayama, and a relaxation to finish.
