Wanting loan of marquee/gazebo

Loan of a Large marquee or gazebo for community event required for 4 June. Must be around 6m x 6m (or similar eg 8 x 4m or 9 x 3m)must also be strong to meet Southwark temporary structures standards (so not a plastic flimsy frame but a metal one).

  On another thread it says that the next meeting is in the evening. But I'm any case, there must be other ways to ask the question rather than direct to the police, eg via councillors, MP or mayor's office.
