Are you thinking of buying a home with a partner you're not married to, sibling, friend and/or help from Mum and Dad? Or are you Mum or Dad, and thinking of helping your child onto the property ladder? Do you like free coffee?

We would love to speak to you to understand how you're going about it and the challenges you're facing. We could also help to bring some clarity to your circumstances with the platform we're building (but I promise we're not trying to sell you anything!).   I fully agree. I hope you had some khinkali (Georgian dumplings), they're fantastic! They used to have only meat ones but now they also have mushroom ones and they're great. I always try to fit in a honey cake at dessert. Overall I appreciate that their food and menu seems to only improve with time.

  Beeb article concludes that she will stay. My issue is not putting up fuel duty. Not looking at the YouTube vids, someone will have to summarise. Are they as toxic as GB news, all woke this, snowflake the other?
