emileena
HelloJust wanted to flag there's a rather brazen fox living and roaming around the gardens in this area. Found it stood in our kitchen whilst making tea this morning. All fun and games but we have a small baby so not really ideal. Wanted to make sure other parents in the area are aware. Probably harmless but worth being vigilant. heartblock
There is one sitting in a garden in Village Way/Half moon every morning when I walk to HH... I like to see them, but wouldn't want one in my kitchen! Sally Eva
Babies are about the same size as a buck rabbit with less ability to defend themselves. So be careful etc Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/308432-very-bold-fox-taken-residency-relf-roadansty-roadnigel-road/#findComment-1579166 Share on other sites
TWB Cat Sitter
I love foxes, so much so I hang out with them around midnight. But I too would be very, very cautious allowing them into the home, for they are not potty trained & their urine is so potent you'll never get rid of it! sspringer
My mate in Wandsworth was plagued by foxes until he got a catapult and some mud/clay balls. He used it twice and they have not been back since, He also reinforces this by "marking his own territory" with a liberal application of his own bladder output. Works a treat. Sally Eva
Does your mate have any tips for putting off cats which are using his garden as a litter tray? Perhaps between the foxes and the wee he doesn't have this problem? The big problem with cats at present is that they are attacking fledglings in their nests.
