Hi Forum,

The Family room has always been a friendly zone, so expecting to avoid the troll factor here!

Today is the first day of Autism awareness month. 1:88 people have autism so a little awareness can touch a lot of people.

So here is an Autism Awareness card, these are sometimes given out to avoid confrontation or to spread awareness.

This person has autism

> Autism is a lifelong disability that affects social and communication skills.

> People with autism may behave in unpredictable ways as a result of their difficulty in understanding language and social situations.

> People with autism are likely to be extremely anxious in unfamiliar situations.

> Please help by being understanding, patient and tolerant.

I think it is also worth saying, in light of the recent Panorama programme, that we, at No-Flies, are completely independent and do not have referral arrangements with solicitors or surveyors. We believe that both buyers and sellers should be free to make their own choices on who they wish to instruct - though we are happy to provide recommendations and will try to warn people off firms with whom we have had previous bad experiences.
