I was walking through the village yesterday (around 3.30pm, Sat 30th) and a bride and groom came out of the bit near the gallery in a tuktuk. This is really random, but my friend took a pic on his phone and when we looked at it last night we realised it was so beautiful and happy. Would love to get it to the couple. The bride had long, brown hair and the groom was in a military uniform. I know it?s a long shot, but if you know them give me a shout!

Sounds like Christ's Chapel was where the wedding ceremony itself took place as it's adjoined to the Gallery, where the tuktuk must have been exiting to go to the reception - so you could call St Barnabas Parish Office.

    • The disastrous decision by Rachel Theives  to increase employer NI thereby pushing up costs to businesses resulting in higher prices is my guess
    • To be fair, I have found the system for changing a Royal Mail delivery very easy. But Royal Mail deliveries have nothing to do with the potential  closure of some Crown post offices! The "vital front door for that sector" doesn't have to be Crown Post Office branches.
    • I haven't had a run of bad luck. I have had to deal with the systematically rubbish private courier market because I send and receive a lot of parcels. This country's approach of dumping this vital economic activity in the hands of the Barclay Brothers, Jeff Bezos and various other spivs has failed. It's a rubbish outcome for consumers (for all the reasons above), it's a rubbish outcome for workers (many of whom are placed under massive pressure to work stressfully and dangerously by shame subcontracting arrangements), and it's a rubbish outcome for businesses that rely on volume deliveries (as their stuff gets dumped all over the place and their clients get annoyed). Post Office branches are a vital front door for that sector.
