We have a lovely 3 double bed house 5/10 minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station in a quiet residential street, available to rent from 1st June. It's a private rental (no agents please), and we are open to long lets if wanted, depending on circumstances.

Big kitchen/ dining room, 2 living rooms, 3 good size double bedrooms, bathroom is quite small but the garden is lovely.

Unfurnished.

We are looking for ?2,300 / month + bills, ideal for 3 working sharers, no smoking. Must have good references.

Current tenants have been there for 4 years but are moving on for personal reasons.
