Recommendation for lawyer or solicitor (housing specialist)

Can anybody recommend a solicitor who can advise on a housing issue - I'm currently renting out my house while I'm abroad. Specifically need someone to look at the terms of the lease, if the tenant is in breach, and what I can do to reasonably do to enforce compliance. Looking for experienced, competent, fair pricing!
