London is lawless. The amount of brazen shoplifting that goes on is appalling. The police do nothing about it we just pay the cost in our own shopping bills. These figures are of course shocking but are restricted to London and the UK. Without the context of like for like statistics for other global cities they do not provide evidence for your assertion that
