WANTED Long term 2 bed property (Move in May- Sep)

Hi, I am Stef and I am looking for a two bed property for me and my sister. I have lived in East Dulwich for the last 8 years and been living in the same property ever since. I am looking for a long term let to move out as my landlord will be selling the house in the near future. We are two young and tidy professionals, 1 smoker( ok to smoke in the garden/balcony), don?t have pets. I work from home so a spacious bedroom or living room is welcome. We are aiming for ?1400 a month, but can compromise higher if the property suits us.
