Handyperson required

I?m looking for a handy person to do some jobs in a flat I let in East Dulwich.

It?s going back on the market and in pretty good condition but I?m hoping someone can tackle some of the issues raised in the inventory check out eg toilet not flushing, removing some scuff marks etc. no heavy lifting required, it?s just working through a list of minor issues.
