Need a builder for minor residential works

Hi all

We are looking for a builder to some minor works on a house locally.

Design is in progress but it will be some small changes to interior walls, new floors (approx 40m2), installation of small wc, change of front porch wall, plus some electrical work, pipework and carpentry for built in storage.

Timeframe tbd but it is a small project so hopefully someone can squeeze it in over Summer.

All recommendations welcome!
