Well behaved pets accepted, subject to meeting them first. The property will be rented unfurnished apart from a tall boy chest of drawers in the living room. Rent is ?1800 per month. Minimum tenancy will be 12 months. I own the house and live in London, so any problems that may ever occur will always be promptly resolved!

Hello Francesca,

We are a Zimbabwean-British family of four, consisting of Mum (who is a Deputy Head Teacher), Dad (who is an Insight Analyst), Shingai (who is 6 and a karate expert) and Tinashe (who is 3 and an excellent dancer. We are trying to return to Sydenham after moving to East Sussex and experiencing several traumatic racist incidents. Our boys have places waiting for them at Kelvin Grove and we are about to sell our house. Is your lovely sounding home still available? Where is your house? Do you have any pictures?

Warm Regards,

Beatrice
