sweetgirl
Does anyone know if they still send out payment cards which you could pay in at any paypoint?I have a card with which I make payments through paypoint, but I do often wonder if I?d get another if it got lost!I prefer the paypoint method. Castleton
Has anyone notic3ed the council tax NOT being taken via DD?I set mine up to be taken 20th every month, and it's not been claimed? I even rang the back to check and the DD is all set up. Seems a bit weird, especially if you're on a tight budget and you expect the money to be gone! Pam50
Hi, Might be worth checking if it?s over 10 instalments rather than 12? My DD are April to January, so are not collected in February and March. Jenijenjen
Have you checked your schedule of payments? You can do this online if you have an account on the Southwark Council website. I was a little late setting up a DD and now see that my first payment will be taken in May, each monthly payment increased to reflect the payments will be taken over 9 months now instead of 10.
