'If you were due to travel with us between 9 March and 19 November 2020 on a flight that was then cancelled, we were unable to offer our full range of ways to access refunds at that time. If you are eligible, you can now get a refund online for the voucher you hold.

Refunds can be requested via the online refund form. You can apply for a refund 24 months from the date of issue of your eVoucher. An email will be sent from us informing you when this is.

You can use your current eVouchers to pay or part-pay for flights that are completed by 30 September 2023.'

Update to previous post: Just received an email from BA regarding claiming refund - Different message & instructions as to deadline to claim for my cancelled dates period:

'You can apply for a refund until 30 September 2023 by simply filling out a form on ba.com. Once you?ve submitted the form, we?ll refund the money to your original form of payment and credit any Avios back to your account. The refund will appear on your statement in approximately 30 days. You don't need to contact us; we'll be in touch to let you know when this has been completed.

If you have more than one eVoucher, please complete a refund form for each one separately. Each voucher can be refunded 24 months after the date of issue. If you have one or more vouchers issued less than 24 months ago, we?ll be in touch as soon as you are able to apply for a refund.'

Keep an eye on BA!!

Update 2 - refund processed very quickly.

    • I must say I was excited to see Turkish restaurant making it's appearance on Lordship Lane again. After Hisar gone it was hard to find good, quality Turkish cuisine around.  I went to Love Dulwich with my family to try it. And we weren't disappointed! Amazing. Lovely portions, tasty and reasonable priced.  Will be back! 🙂

    • Woohoo !  Thanks, yes, I also thought maxxi would win it as the final matches looked like comfortable wins for Ireland, England and France, so any chance of winning would come down to the lottery of closest to the actual points difference. Thank goodness for maxxi and his leftfield predictions 🙃 I once enjoyed a Feb long weekend in Rome with work colleagues, a good time to go as there are less tourists around so minimal queuing to see all the sights. On the Saturday we found out that Roma were playing at home, so we took a bus to see if we could get in, and we could. Half-time refreshments were...mini pizzas !... overpriced and undercooked so felt right at home... 😁
