I have all parcels diverted for me to pick up at a local parcel shop, The only ones I have found reliable are Royal mail parcel service and DPD . The rest of them don't care a toss?? -
John Lewis’ delivery companies have left a few items outside my front door without ringing the bell.  Other times they rang the bell. It seems to depend on which company is delivering.  Amazon also leaves items outside without ringing the bell or even sending me tracking. They used to be very good about this though.  -
