Isn't it supposed to be Lucky to Tread in Dog Poo.


EG. You are walking along the Pavement and intend to cross the road.


You tread in some Poo and stop to scrape your shoe..


A speeding motorist flies past....


Had you stepped off the Pavement it would most certainly have hit you...


Positve Thinking...


Never complain about Dog Poo Again. It could save your life.

Thats deep ...

This is not deep - hate to disappoint expectation.........


On a semi-serious note - The EDF is one of the best sources for local information and recommendations! I have been a "lurker" for a while. I think anywhere that calls itself a community and acts in that way with a genuine spirit should be lauded/applauded/celebrated.

    • It's more likely a buzzard – one or two have been seen in recent years, particularly over Dulwich and Sydenham Woods. You don't have to go far to see them regularly – Addington, West Wickham and Biggin Hill, for instance.
    • Roll on the time  , if ever, when we adopt the Australian system whereby the agreed price becomes binding. The whole process takes place much more swiftly and with less hassle than it does here. Scotland have a good system also.
    • My view is that it's really, really poor behaviour. Unfortunately some people are rubbish.
    • Just seen a very large bird slowly circling over the bottom end of the Rye/Nunhead area. I think it was a red kite but can't be sure at that height
