TERRIBLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY FLOOR FITTER. NOT GOOD QUALITY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We paid a premium price for floor levelling and engineered parquet to be fitted throughout our downstairs, including: 2 living rooms, a new kitchen extension, WC and downstairs hallways.

Feedback below:

- Job was left unfinished

- Blaze promised to come back and finish on two occasions and then never showed up, and ignored all phone calls / messages

- Poor quality finish (example photos below), including: border is uneven, border is not straight, large gaps between blocks which he attempted to fill badly with wood filler

- The stair nosing which he fitted broke within 24 hours

- Didn?t clean up after himself - adhesive and filler left smeared all over floors

We are very disappointed that we trusted this guy. We spent a lot of our money on our renovation project, and he has ruined the final look.

Happy to provide further photos if needed.

    • Hello, I found some keys on Monday morning on Melbourne Grove. The keyring was not Donald Duck though. Could it be another keyring?
    • As a note of recommendation, I did this course in Rye Oak Centre, Peckham and gained so much from it. Was such a lovely, supportive group.
    • Wish they get rid of the tree in Barry Rd adjacent to the Plough, The roots are all over the place, Council re tarmacked them some time ago but makes the pavement uneven. You cannot get a mobility scooter over them as tarmac slopes. Witness a lady with wheelchair trying to get over , in the end her carer had to help over with 2 crutches then push the empty chair over. Also young children using scooters/bikes have fallen off at this point. Hubby spoke to tarmac workers when the work was done and they felt the area was very dangerous to pedestrians and the council should have authorised the removal of both tree and roots. Some prams cannot get over as well. Prior to Christmas, mother/carer with 2 children in double buggy had to walk in road with on coming traffic. We do need trees   I have 2 in my garden - one is well over 50 years old and we have it pollard every few years to prevent it damaging neighbours property.
    • Just that really - lookiing for a box to fit size 45 x 45 x 55 cm. Many thanks
