Local Peckham resident and award-winning broadcaster, author and psychology lecturer Claudia Hammond will be talking about her latest book, The Art of Rest at the Belham Primary School in Peckham (Bellenden Road).

Claudia is the presenter of several podcasts and radio shows including All in the Mind on BBC Radio 4 which covers psychology, neuroscience & mental health and the weekly global health show Health Check on BBC World Service. The Art of Rest, which examines the science behind our struggles to rest and relax.

The talk will last for about 40 minutes followed by Q&A. Drinks and snacks will also be on sale.
