Local pram repairs?

Hi, does anyone know if there is somewhere local(ish) that does pram repairs? The bottom bar of my pram has come away from the main frame this morning and am reluctant to use in this state! Looks like it needs soldering back together or something?

Any suggestions for where I might get it fixed welcomed!
