Has anyone else had problems in subscribing to the Southwark brown bin garden scheme? They now have a message up saying they know there are problems and that they are looking into it. This has been going on all this week. It happens after I put all my card details in, at the end of the process. I?ve tried at least 15 times. I?m using either an iPad or an iPhone.


I?ve called them and they gave me an email to write to.


What would someone do without an online access?
