My name is Catherine Wilkinson and I specialise in one to one personal training and Pilates sessions either at your home or in the outdoors and take a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing.

I tailor exercise programmes to my client's individual needs and time constraints after a free in depth consultation. Sessions are fun, informative and progressive taking into account your body's continuous adaptions.
