Thames Clipper

I've got to go to O2 arena on Friday (first time there) and researching best ways of getting there I happened upon the Thames Clipper Express which is a boat from Waterloo Pier direct to the O2 for a few quid.

I wondered if anyone has done that journey and how smoothly it went? I fancy getting there by that method.

I went last year from Hayes Galleria on the river boat and it was a lovely trip especially because it was mid evening and the approach to the O2 was beautifully lit up. Not sure if it was the Thames Clipper mind!

We got the tube to the O2, but our friends got the boat from Waterloo Pier and they loved it. Painless and much more pleasant, go for it Asset.
