Architectural technician recommendations

We?re planning a relatively small building project for which we need plans drawing up in order to get builders? quotes and submission to the council. We?d also need input from a structural engineer regarding the feasibility of building onto existing steels.

Can anyone recommend an architectural technician who might be able to get us started.
