Hi, for anyone looking for a personal trainer I'd like to recommend my trainer Altesse. Altesse has shown great pride and dedication in his work. Which he takes very seriously. This does not mean that we cannot have a laugh and a joke though. He has gone the extra mile with me to get results, which is greatly appreciated.

He has a gentle but authoritative manner and he will take no excuses for not getting the work done. It has been a long journey and incredible hard work but with great results which has brought so many compliments. He has been a great support in helping me overcome comfort eating.
