Are you coachable?


Let?s say you are struggling with your fitness journey and decide to work with a PT to lose some weight, tone up and get stronger.


But, do you think you are coachable?


Unless you are coachable, sorry to say, but you won?t go very far.


Here are 5 important traits.

1) You must be willing and able to commit to the process.

2) You need to keep showing up.

3) You need to have a beginner?s mindset.

4) You need to be open and willing to embrace change.

5) And finally, trust your coach!
