intexasatthe moment
May seem trivial but even with light winds they roll around in Barry Road banging into parked cars ,because of the slight hill I suppose .I've tried to corral mine and put a virtually empty one flat on it's side .I can't get them round to the back of the property ,access too narrow .Other ideas ? legalalien
Attach a hook to something (fence, wall, stake in the ground?) and to the bin and use a bungie cord?(I tried to think of something involving number 8 wire, but failed).
