Hello

I am a landlady in ED who has recently been faced with damp mould on a bedroom wall, I would like to recommend Jack Hart, very quick to respond and great communication. He and his team showed much compassion to my tenant who was unable to move some very heavy furniture on her own, he was a great help. There was also a miscommunication with discovering wallpaper on the bedroom wall, unaware that it was not included in the price , Jack was happy to graft really hard and didn't complain, he was very understanding and did not charge me for wallpaper removal.

  If JoJo can't afford the increasing rent there (which was one of the reasons a staff member gave when I asked why they were closing), it's odd that a charity shop could - not doubting what you've been told, but it just doesn't make sense!

  Agreed, the skate park should remain, especially with all the work those involved have put in to get it up, running and maintaining that enthusiasm.
